Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes unexpected events occur that may require you to cancel your scheduled service. In order to provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy: If you cancel your service more than one week (7 days) before the scheduled date, you will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid. If you cancel your service within one week (7 days) of the scheduled date, no refund will be given. This includes cancellation of appointments booked within 7 days of the scheduled services. Please note that this policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation. We encourage you to provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel your service, as it may be possible to reschedule the service for a later date. Exceptions may be made in the case of extreme circumstances, such as a medical emergency or natural disaster, at our discretion. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
